Introduction
At Wealth Atlas, we believe that meaningful professional relationships are built on trust — and that includes the way we handle your personal information.
We are building a global community of entrepreneurs, investors, advisers and professionals involved in international wealth, business, investment, structuring and mobility. Understanding who our members are, what they are interested in and what challenges they are facing allows us to create more relevant intelligence, connect people with appropriate expertise and opportunities, and make the Wealth Atlas community genuinely useful.
01
Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Wealth Atlas collects and uses personal information through its website, reports, community, newsletters and other communications. Wealth Atlas is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at info@wealthatlas.world.
02
Information We Collect
When you interact with Wealth Atlas, we may collect information that you choose to provide to us, including your:
name and contact details;
country or jurisdiction;
professional or business information;
areas of interest;
investor, entrepreneur or professional profile;
questions and enquiries submitted through our website;
preferences regarding Wealth Atlas content, reports, events and communications;
information you voluntarily provide when joining the Wealth Atlas Community, contacting an expert or using Wealth Atlas Advisory.
We may also collect standard technical and usage information relating to your interaction with our website and communications, such as device and browser information, pages visited, interactions with our content and email engagement.
Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. We do not ask for, and you should not send us through our forms, account numbers, passwords, identity documents or similarly sensitive personal or financial information.
03
Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information primarily to make Wealth Atlas more relevant and useful to you. This may include:
providing access to reports, research and other Wealth Atlas content;
communicating with you about topics and developments relevant to your interests;
understanding the interests and needs of our community;
improving our research, content, services and platform;
responding to questions and enquiries;
facilitating introductions to experts, advisers or other relevant professionals when requested or appropriate;
helping connect members with relevant knowledge, expertise and opportunities within the international wealth ecosystem;
administering the Wealth Atlas Community and maintaining the security and functionality of our platform.
Our objective is effective, relevant communication — not indiscriminate marketing.
04
Legal Basis for Processing
Where data-protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR apply, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
Consent — for example, when you subscribe to our communications, accept non-essential cookies or ask us to introduce you to an expert. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Providing what you asked for — delivering reports, Community membership or a response to your enquiry.
Legitimate interests — understanding our community, improving our research and keeping the platform secure, in ways that do not override your rights.
Legal obligations — where we are required to keep or disclose information by law.
05
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not provide your personal data to third parties for their independent advertising or mass-marketing purposes.
We do not intend Wealth Atlas to become a database through which members are subjected to unsolicited commercial offers, spam or irrelevant advertising.
Where an introduction to an expert, adviser, service provider or another member may be useful, we will not disclose your personal contact information to that person or organisation without your consent, unless disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
When you contact a specific expert through their profile page or report, you are asking us to pass your enquiry on. We share your message and contact details with that expert only, so they can reply to you. The expert then handles your information as an independent professional under their own privacy obligations.
06
Service Providers
Like most digital platforms, Wealth Atlas may use trusted third-party service providers to operate its website, communications, CRM, analytics, hosting and other technical infrastructure.
Such providers may process limited personal information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services. They act on our instructions, only for the relevant operational purpose, and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including data processing agreements where the law requires them.
07
Communications
If you join the Wealth Atlas Community, subscribe to our communications, download or request content, or otherwise ask to hear from us, we may contact you with Wealth Atlas reports, research, briefings, community information and other content that we believe is relevant to your relationship with us.
We aim to keep these communications selective and useful.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.
08
Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, to understand how visitors interact with Wealth Atlas.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies will be used only with your consent, which you can change at any time through your browser or cookie settings.
09
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located and the applicable data-protection legislation, you may have the right to:
request access to your personal information;
correct inaccurate information;
request deletion or restriction of processing;
object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
request portability of your data.
You may also ask us what personal information we hold about you and how it is being used.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@wealthatlas.world. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you believe your information has been handled unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country of residence.
10
International Community
Wealth Atlas is an international platform. Our members, experts, advisers and technology providers may be located in different countries.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, including recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
11
Children
Wealth Atlas is intended for professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
12
Changes to This Policy
As Wealth Atlas develops, our platform, community and use of technology may evolve. We may therefore update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The current version will always be published on this website together with its latest revision date.
Our Approach to Privacy
We want Wealth Atlas to become a community in which people are comfortable sharing enough about their interests, professional needs and objectives for us to make the platform genuinely valuable to them.
That requires trust.
We collect information to understand our community, deliver better intelligence, facilitate meaningful professional connections and communicate more effectively — not to turn personal data into a commercial product.
Your information helps us understand how Wealth Atlas can be useful to you.
It does not make your information ours to sell.
